As a Nutrition coach I am focused on educating my clients about making smarter food choices in order to achieve specific health and fitness outcomes. 

I empower my clients with the knowledge they need to make the best food choices for their unique situations.

I help clients with weight loss, assisting athletes with performance goals, Supporting Women in Pre and Postnatal Wellness, as well as post menopausal.  

My main focus as a Fitness professional is helping you, by supporting positive behavior changes that make lasting lifestyle changes!

My love for health and fitness started when I was young. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since 2020 I’ve been working as a certified personal trainer and Nutrition Coach in the Westchester County area, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.


Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience, needs and goals.

I am also a Certified Golf Fitness Specialist. I would love to guide you into a healthier stronger golfer.
